1. Shipping

Every effort will be made to ship items by 2 day mail as soon as possible after we receive your order. We promise we are always working as hard as possible to get you your product quickly.  We will generally be using USPS Priority Mail and UPS domestically.  Shipping will be at a $5 flat rate per order nationwide and to Canada and $10 international.

2. Why ¾ Sleeve?

While we wanted to offer something different than the traditional short-sleeves and long sleeves that most companies produce for the sake of fashion, there is a practical side as well.  We wanted to offer a garment that offered some elbow protection against mat abrasions and resulting fungal, and staphylococcus infections.  We also wanted to allow for uncovered wrists, because clothing should really not get in the way during no-gi training.

3. IBJJF

As we are a new company, our products are not IBJJF competition tested; however, we did receive this response from the IBJJF when we wrote them.

Please first accept our apologies for the delay in your answer.

For start, IBJJF have no  No-Gi competitions for kids, but I am going to answer your questions with the Adults perspectives.

1 - About the size, any size between short and long sleeve will be accepted.

2 - You must have the majority of Black, White or Rank Color. You can have the draft art in many colors, but you can't lose the identity of Black, White or Color Rank.

Every effort has been made to stay within the guidelines offered both on the IBJJF website and in this letter.  When we do have a competitor sail through uniforms at a major IBJJF tournament, we will update this page.

 

4. Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to work out an arrangement.  Because our products are small batch, back orders may take some time, but we will do everything we can to work something out with you, our customer.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, or you may contact us to obtain a payment address to send money orders, cashier’s checks, or cash.

6. Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Items may not show any signs of wear or wash(e.g. pilling or loose threads).  You may try the item on and if it does not fit to your satisfaction, contact us immediately and you may return it, but if we determine the item has been trained in and washed, we cannot allow for a refund.

7. Privacy

Kozamurai Apparel LLC and the manager agree to not share your information with any other 3^rdparty.  Any info you supply us with for billing or otherwise is confidential and password protected.  We will not use your information for any other reason than to process your order.  We do not sell your personal information, email address, or any other information you provide us.

8. Intellectual Property

 Unless otherwise indicated, all artwork and designs are original works and are copywrited.  And are the sole property of Kozamurai Apparel and the designers, in particular Jay Acosta.
